On December 3, 2009, 1,503 U.S. operator members of the National Limousine Association were sent an email by the NLA office requesting completion and return by December 11, 2009 of an eleven-question survey on distracted driving.
Two hundred and seventy-three (273) replied -- an 18.2% response rate (+5.4% margin of error with a 95% confidence level).
