Chauffeur Driven/NLA Fall Show 2025 focuses on innovation, industry collaboration and the future of ground transportation

MARLTON, N.J. — Nov. 3, 2025 — The National Limousine Association (NLA) — the trade organization dedicated to representing the interests of the chauffeured ground transportation industry at the global, national, state and local levels — hosted its 2025 Fall Show last week at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas. The event brought together more than 1,100 operators, vendors, and industry leaders for three days of education, networking, and forward-thinking dialogue shaping the future of professional chauffeured transportation.

Hosted in partnership with Chauffeur Driven, the biannual event continues to serve as the leading platform for collaboration and innovation within the professional ground transportation and affiliated travel industries.

“This year’s show reflected the incredible energy and optimism across our industry,” said Brett Barenholtz, President of the National Limousine Association. “From sustainability to technology integration and the evolving needs of modern travelers, the conversations in Dallas underscored how our members are not just adapting, but leading, in a new era of ground travel.”

Among the program highlights, GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) CEO Suzanne Neufang joined Barenholtz for an insightful conversation on business travel trends and corporate travel programs, exploring new opportunities for luxury chauffeured transportation providers. Barenholtz also presented key takeaways from the NLA’s recently commissioned report from the University Transportation Research Center (UTRC), Curbing the Limousine Insurance Crisis, highlighting the unsustainable rise in insurance premiums.

Educational sessions and panels explored key topics at the intersection of travel, meetings, and mobility, including:

· Integrating Ground Transportation in the Corporate Travel Ecosystem – Trends and technology driving managed travel programs.

· Sustainability in Luxury and Corporate Fleets – Practical strategies for lowering emissions while maintaining service excellence.

· AI and Automation for Chauffeured Services – Innovations improving dispatch, safety, and client experience.

· The State of Meetings & Events Transportation – Best practices for group logistics and high-touch hospitality in an evolving events landscape.

The Show Education Committee, co-chaired by NLA Board Members Karl Guenther (Central Region) and Jason Sharenow (At-Large), played an instrumental role in curating the diverse and impactful lineup of sessions, ensuring that content addressed the most relevant challenges and innovations driving the industry forward.

Through the NLA Grant Program, the NLA also presented a check for $150,000 to regional association members including: Arizona Luxury Transportation Association, California Ground Transportation Regulatory Group, Chauffeured Transportation Association of New Jersey, Colorado Limousine Association, Florida Limousine Association, Georgia Luxury Transportation Association, Greater California Livery Association, Illinois Limousine & Bus Association, Limo Association of New York, Long Island Limousine Association, Maryland Livery Association, Minority Limousine Operators of America, New England Livery Association, Ohio Chauffeured Transportation Association and The Virginia Limousine Association. The NLA Scholarship Program also recognized eight emerging industry leaders and dedicated professionals with sponsored attendance.

Networking events — including the Operator Mentor Program and the Women in the Industry and Connecting Culture Mixers — further reinforced the sense of community and shared momentum among operators, partners, and industry suppliers. A packed Trade Show floor rounded out the program, offering a dynamic showcase of the latest vehicles, technology and services shaping the next generation of luxury ground transportation.

The success of the 2025 Chauffeur Driven/NLA Fall Show was made possible through the generous support of its sponsors, including Volvo Car USA, Driving Transactions, Ultimate Toys, North Point Transportation, Lancer Insurance, and Premier of Dallas, among many others representing every facet of the global chauffeured transportation community.
