Day on the Hill Scholarships
Have Your Voice Heard!
The NLA is excited to announce that it will be awarding scholarships to attend the Day on the Hill again in 2026.
The NLA Day on the Hill is an annual event where NLA members meet with their elected representatives in Washington, D.C. in an effort to educate them on the issues and concerns facing our industry.
This is your chance to meet with your representatives in Washington and have your voice heard regarding the NLA’s hot-button issues.
This year’s Day on the Hill is April 14-15, 2026 at the District Wharf in Washington, D.C.
NLA Day on the Hill Scholarships opened on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Applications must be received by Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
Scholarship Details
What does the scholarship include?
- Three (3) paid nights at the District Wharf to be booked and paid by the NLA (Hyatt House)
- One (1) paid dinner at the Board/PAC Fundraiser Dinner on Tuesday, April 14 at La Vie in the District Wharf
- One (1) paid dinner at the Day on the Hill Dinner on Wednesday, April 15 at The Grill in the District Wharf
- Building Relationships with your representatives in Washington, D.C. on behalf of your business and the industry
- Networking and education to grow your business
What is the criteria for applicants?
- Be an NLA Member! This program is for members only. Must also be a U.S. based operator.
- Own a chauffeured transportation company that has at least one (1) vehicle
- Have the required local/state/federal licensing and proper insurance
- Have never attended an NLA Day on the Hill previously
- Have a passion for educating your elected representatives in Washington regarding the chauffeured transportation industry
