The company was founded in 2025 after years of success operating the DH2 brand in New York City, where Nancy and Mike Vargas built their reputation in chauffeured services, shuttle operations, and more recently, motor coach transportation. Today, Majestic Tours and Transportation serves clients from Orlando to Jacksonville and supports major airports including DAB, JAX, and MCO.
Majestic Tours & Transportation offers a comprehensive suite of services that includes shuttle transportation, corporate travel, airport transfers, tours, special events, meetings, conventions, and charter services for groups. Their fleet ranges from SUVs and sprinter vans to mini and mid size shuttles along with motor coaches that accommodate up to 54 passengers. This variety ensures that they can support a wide range of client needs from individual travelers to large groups and event planners.

Since its founding in 2014, the company has served the Bergamo, Milan, and Lombardy markets with a focus on personalized chauffeured transportation, airport transfers, and tailored mobility solutions. With more than eleven years of experience, Calissi SRL has earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism and a client-centered approach that reflects the values of its family owned operation.
Calissi SRL believes that exceptional service begins with strong relationships. The company was built on the idea that travelers deserve a trusted partner who supports them with comfort, clarity, and peace of mind from the first point of contact to the final drop off. This philosophy guides every aspect of its work, whether providing private point to point service, supporting a full day of business travel, tailoring custom itineraries, or managing time sensitive airport transfers with meet and greet assistance and luggage support.
