The First Observer-National Limousine Association online security training site www.FirstObserverNLA.com is now open for NLA members. Through First Observer training, individuals are taught to recognize suspicious behavior and activities as they relate to personal security. Many of these same threat indicators may also apply to the security of the U.S. The site www.FirstObserverNLA.com offers course registration, complete training and certification. There is no fee to receive certification and all NLA members and their employees – most especially chauffeurs – are encouraged to avail themselves of the program.
